We are happy to accept returns from our customers, subjected to one or two conditions.
First of all! We would really appreciate if you could let us know the reason why you would like to return a product. You don’t have to tell us, but if we have done something wrong, any input to make our services and products better will be reflected to the quality we mean to show to you, our valid customers.
You can return anything, regardless it is a liquid or solid product.
The shipping cost is paid by the sender.
Upon delivery, we need to verify that it is “our” product that has been sent back to us, which might take a day or two, depending on the product. Obviously you can tell immediately about a bar of soap, but olive oil has to be tested.
Once we have verified that it is the real product, we will refund the amount of purchase immediately. It usually takes 2 working days to see the amount in your account, depending on the service you are using.
